Preservation:
As regards this, there seem to be 3 ways this can be done right now
1. Natural additives such as Lemon, Cinnamon etc
2. Boiling in hot water 100C for a short while
3. Chemical additives eg Sodium Benzoate

Notes:
As this is a local/fresh drink, use of chemicals will not be considered. Hence, Sodium Benzoate will not be considered.

Current Tasks:
Comparing the length of preservation and quality of drinks from the two methods above ie [1] and [2]
We can make Nigeria great.
